BALTIMORE-MedStar Health Inc. has inked a 24,000-square-foot lease at the Riverside Wharf development currently under construction on Key Highway.
The project, which is anchored by Walgreens, is being built at the former home of Main Steel Polishing. The complex, being developed by Caves Valley Partners, is 90% pre-leased, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. Construction at the project is expected to be finished in the early spring.
Arsh Mirmiran, a partner at Caves Valley, states that MedStar's urgent care services to South Baltimore will make it “the only medical center in greater Federal Hill to offer such comprehensive services in one location.” See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
