DORAL, FL-The Terra Group has signed supermarket chain Publix to anchor its new mixed-use project Doral Commons here.

Publix will open a 49,000-square-foot grocery store and pharmacy at the development at Northwest 107th Ave. and 74th St., according to the Miami Herald.

Doral Commons' retail component contains 140,000 square feet of space. Courtelis Co. represented Coconut Grove-based Terra Group in the lease transaction. See story in the Miami Herald.
