MIAMI-Behringer Harvard Multifamily has started construction on its The Edge at Brickell apartment development here.
The Dallas-based developer is constructing 418 units on the corner of Southwest Second Avenue and 13th Street, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
Behringer Harvard is partnering with a Dutch pension fund, which provided the equity for the project, and with Phoenix-based Alliance Residential. The development site is located on a 2.4-acre parcel. See story in the South Florida Business Journal.
