CHICAGO-ContextMedia Inc. has signed a lease deal for 32,650 square feet at the former IBM Plaza here.
The firm, which operates broadcast networks that air in health care waiting rooms, signed a 10-year lease in the 52-story AMA Plaza at 330 N. Wabash Ave. The company will relocate from approximately 6,000 square feet of office space it currently occupies 205 N. Michigan Ave, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
“We wanted to stay close to the el lines in the East Loop or River North, and River North had other advantages,” said ContextMedia CEO Rishi Shah. “A lot of the entrepreneurial community calls River North home, and we're excited to be joining it as well.” See story in Crain's Chicago Business.
