TYSONS CORNER, VA-Macerich CEO Art Coppola says his firm is close to inking two new tenants at its 22-story Tysons Tower office building here.
Coppola says the two unidentified prospective tenants would lease up to four floors in the building. If finalized, the firms would join Deloitte LLP and Intelsat S.A. at the 544,000-square-foot property that is under construction. The deals would boost the building's office occupancy rate past 80%, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The project, expected to be completed by October, is part of the larger 1.4 million-square-foot Tysons Corner Center expansion, which also includes a 17-story Hyatt Regency Hotel, a residential tower and additional retail space. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
