PHILADELPHIA-Commercial brokers Joe Muldoon and Chris Lange have left Binswanger's operations here and joined Avison Young.
The veteran brokers have become principals with Avison Young and will continue to specialize in tenant and landlord representation while working as a team at Avison Young's Center City office. Muldoon has 31 years commercial real estate experience, while Lange has been in the business for eight years.
Muldoon and Lange were most recently senior vice president and vice president, respectively, at Binswanger.

Avison Young opened its Philadelphia office in September 2013.
