IRVINE, CA—Lee & Associates Irvine has promoted Mia Pham to VP. Pham has expertise in the multitenant market, including leasing and sales of multitenant office, medical and industrial buildings in the Irvine and Orange County real estate markets.
Pham joined the firm in 2009 and served as an associate before her promotion to VP.
According to John Hall, president of Lee & Associates Irvine, “Mia has shown nothing but exemplary work in her brokerage and client services. We are very fortunate to have her on our team, and we expect she will be contributing to our multitenant reach in our market.”
