BALTIMORE—The original design of the Four SeasonsBaltimore called for a 44-story hotel and condominiumbuilding. However, financing issues forced developerH&S Property Development Corp. to build justthe 21-story hotel.

Next week, the city's Urban Design and ArchitectureReview Panel is scheduled to consider a revised finaldesign for the Four Seasons Condos at its April 24th session,according to the Baltimore Business Journal. The Four SeasonsBaltimore opened in 2011.

Although the design of the addition has not been released, ifthe owner does indeed to move forward with the original design, thecompleted Four Seasons Baltimore and Residences would be thetallest building in the city of Baltimore.
