WASHINGTON, DC—Homebuilder Toll Bros. islooking to ramp up the second phase of its UnionPlace mixed-use project here, adding to the number ofresidential units and retail space it plans to develop.

The Horsham, PA-based firm wants to add 25 residential units or35,000 square feet of space, as well as 3,000 square feet of retailspace to the project at 200 K St. NE in the NoMa district.

The plan also calls for the reduction of parking spaces at theC-shaped project from 296 spaces to 229, while bicycle spaces willbe increased from 55 to 175.
