WASHINGTON, DC—The CityCenterDC development has reportedly signed lease deals with at least three new high-end retailers.
New to the tenant roster at the mixed-use development at 9th St. and New York Ave. NW are leather goods retailer Louis Vitton, cashmere store Lora Piana and shoe retailer Jimmy Choo, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Other high-end retailers that have reportedly signed on at the project include Christian Dior, Hermes, Paul Stuart and Salvatore Ferragamo.
Other retailers that have signed on at the $700-million project include: Longchamp, Kate Spade, Burberry, Allen Edmonds, Tumi, Zadig & Voltaire, and Hugo Boss. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
