PHILADELPHIA—Liberty Property Trust and partnerSynterra Partners are set to turn the first dirton their latest project at the Navy Yard CommerceCenter here on Friday.

The new 75,000-square-foot building at 4000 S. 26th St. is fullyleased to three tenants, according to the Philadelphia BusinessJournal. The building, expected to be completed this December, willhost EcoSave, an Australian company, which hasleased 20,000 square feet and Clinigen, based in the UnitedKingdom, which has leased approximately 10,000 square feet. BothEcoSave and Clinigen will house their U.S. headquarters at theproperty.

In addition, WuXi AppTec Inc. will occupy45,000 square feet of expansion space at the building, bringing itstotal space at the Navy Yard to 130,000 square feet. See story inthe Philadelphia Business Journal.
