AUSTIN, TX—Three local commercial real estate brokers are opening an office of Colliers International.
Volney Campbell, Marc Vanderslice and Doug Jones have left HPI Real Estate to launch the Colliers office. Colliers, based in Seattle has had a presence in Austin but not in recently years, according to t report in the the Austin Business Journal.
“As the companies we serve have grown, it became apparent that we needed a global platform that would allow us to advise our clients in markets outside of Austin,” Vanderslice said in a written statement. “Colliers' strong presence and expertise throughout the years made it an easy choice for us.”
Colliers currently has Texas offices in Dallas and Houston with a total of 160 employees.
