PHILADELPHIA—The law firm Pond Lehocky SternGiordano has signed a long-term lease for 52,000 squarefeet of office space at One Commerce Square inCenter City.

The law firm will relocate operations from leased space atUnited Plaza where it occupies approximately 30,000 square feet,according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. The move isscheduled to take place by December of this year.

Pete Soens and Michael Kennedyof SSH Real Estate represented Pond Lehocky SternGiordano in the transaction. The building owner, BrandywineRealty Trust, was represented in-house by BrianOrr, Dan Galbally, MattCroce and Steve Rush.
