MIAMI—In a move to further enhance its retail platform in SouthFlorida, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports thatretail brokerage veteran Sara Wolfe has joined itsMiami office.

Wolfe, who has joined the firm as a senior managing director,was formerly a top broker with the Koniver Stern Group. Wolfespecializes in restaurant and luxury brands representing bothtenants and owners nationally. She also has extensive experience inretail development execution, with a focus on established andburgeoning markets such as Miami Beach, Wynwood, midtown, TheDesign District, Brickell and downtown.

"Sara brings deep market knowledge and the ability to understandthe luxury consumer demographic, habits and trends and how thoseaffect her clients' strategic initiatives on a local, regional andnational level," says Jon Bourbeau, vice chairmanat the NGKF Miami office. "She will add to the retail offerings weprovide in South Florida and become a luxury specialist across allof our NGKF offices."
