HAUPPAUGE, NY—The owner of the 376,000-square-foot Class A Hauppauge Office Park here has appointed brokerage firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as the property's exclusive leasing agent.

The NGKF team of Scott Berfas, Daniel Oliver and Jordan Oliver are spearheading the assignment on behalf of building ownership—Hauppauge Office Park Associates LLC, whose principals are Fred Colin and Arnold Wolowitz. Manhasset, NY-based Colin Development LLC manages the property.

Immediate availabilities at the property located at 878, 888 and 898 Veterans Memorial Highway include the entire third floor at the 888 building, measuring 25,000 square feet, and up to 32,000 square feet of contiguous space that can be arranged. The complex also has suites that can accommodate smaller requirements, NGKF officials note.
