NEW YORK CITY—Theresa Morzello, a former portfolio manager at Cushman & Wakefield, has joined CBRE Group as managing director for asset services in New York City.

Morzello, who also was a general manager for a dual-campus portfolio for New York–Presbyterian Hospital/Royal Charter Properties at C&W, will direct services ranging from property management to project management, due diligence and accounting activities, as well as providing hands-on leadership for more than 50 properties, according to Paul Allegretti, senior managing director of investor services, New York Tri-State Region for CBRE.

The Putnam County resident, who began with C&W in 2006, previously held management positions at MetLife, and providing facilities expertise as a property manager for Emigrant Savings Bank. She began her career as an engineer at the New York Power Authority.
