NEW YORK CITY—Former New York City Police CommissionerRay Kelly, now head of Cushman &Wakefield's Risk Management Services division, has addedthree former NYPD brass to the group.

NYPD veterans Phil T. Pulaski andMichael J. Farrell join the Risk ManagementServices division as managing directors and David C.Kelly joins as a director.
