PORTLAND, OR—YRC Cross Dock Terminal, a major North Portland freight hub has sold for $13.2 million, according to a local media report.

Madrona Cutter LLC and Gulsons Cutter LLC partnered tobuy the 96,077-square-foot YRC Cross Dock Terminal, 6845 N. Cutter Circle, from NATMI Truck Terminals LLC.

The terminal is occupied by YRC Freight, one of the largest carriers in the country. The terminal is the largest cross-dock distribution center in the Portland area, with 176 loading docks.

Chris Johnson, MaryKay West and Michael Merino represented NATMI Truck Terminals in the sale.
