SANTA CLARA, CA—City Park, a local provider ofprofessional parking services in the San Francisco Bay Area hascontracted to provide the management and operational oversight tothe parking program for Levi's Stadium.


The new home of the San Francisco 49ers, Levi'sStadium will open in August 2014. Thestadium will serve as a multi-purpose facility, hosting a varietyof events, including; concerts, soccer, college football, and formajor events such as Super Bowl 50 in 2016. The venue cost approximately $1.2 billion tobuild, will have approximately 1.85 million square feet, seatapproximately 68,500, and will have an expected 165 luxurysuites and 8,500 club seats, and over 25,000 parkingspaces near the stadium.

City Park is involved in some of the highest profile parkingprojects in the San Francisco Bay Area, including; 5-Star Hotels,class A Office buildings, remotely managed (Unattended) garages,luxury residential parking facilities, and large stadiumoperations.
