GARDENA, CA—Heatwurx and its subsidyDr. Pave, eco-friendly asphalt repair technologycompanies, have relocated its corporateheadquarters from Colorado to Gardena, CA. Along with thetransition, the firm has named Alexander Kramer asCFO. The relocation brings the company's executive, sales,manufacturing and operations functions to the new headquartersoffice.
Relocating brings the company closure to its customer base andpositions the it for greater growth. Dr. Pave, for example, hascontracts with Long Beach and Redlands as well as severalSouthern California municipalities. It makessense; Southern California has some of the country's worst roadwaysdue to the exorbitant amount of driving done by its residents. TheHeatwurx and Dr. Pave systems can help to permanently repair theseroadways by using the existing pavement and recycledmaterials.
Kramer is an expert in growing small business in the SouthernCalifornia market. He brings 15 years of experience in finance andmanagement to the firm, from his career that includes work in theautomotive, consumer power equipment, industrial power product andmanufacturing. Kramer will manage Dr. Pave's growth and develop asales strategy to sell the Heatwurx technology. With Kramer, thecompany is prepared for immediate growth.
