NEW YORK CITY—Seizing on City Hall's focus on affordablehousing, Daniel Marks Cohen has joined the NYC Housing Partnershipas VP—director of real estate development.

Cohen was founder and member of Burlingham Capital Partners, alocal investment firm dedicated to principal investments inaffordable and market rate housing, as well as real estatedevelopment consulting.

Previously, Cohen served as a mortgage officer at the CommunityPreservation Corp., which offers construction and permanentfinancing to housing owners and developers. Earlier he worked forING Clarion Partners, the NYC Economic Development Corporation andthe Hudson Cos, an affordable and market rate housingdeveloper.
