WASHINGTON, DC—The global consulting company AdvisoryBoard Co. has taken the first steps in launching a searchfor corporate headquarters space in the region.

The firm, which currently leases a total of approximately300,000 square feet of space at 2445 M St. NW and 1227 25th St. NWin the District, has retained brokerage firm JLLand architectural firm NBBJ to assess itsheadquarters space options, according to the Washington BusinessJournal.

Advisory Board CEO Robert Musselwhite states hebelieves the firm's headquarters helps the company attract andretain employees and notes that "creating the right space inspiresour employees to provide even greater value" to its clients.
