WASHINGTON, DC—The global consulting company Advisory Board Co. has taken the first steps in launching a search for corporate headquarters space in the region.
The firm, which currently leases a total of approximately 300,000 square feet of space at 2445 M St. NW and 1227 25th St. NW in the District, has retained brokerage firm JLL and architectural firm NBBJ to assess its headquarters space options, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Advisory Board CEO Robert Musselwhite states he believes the firm's headquarters helps the company attract and retain employees and notes that "creating the right space inspires our employees to provide even greater value" to its clients.
The company's lease at 2445 M St. NW expires in 2017, while the term of its lease at 1227 25th St. NW ends in 2019. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
