BALTIMORE, MD—The Greysteel Co., is broadening its footprint to include an office in Pikesville, MD, the company recently announced, in order to better serve the greater Baltimore area.
The DC-based company has been representing investors, developers, and lenders in this market since its establishment a few years ago and with the new office hopes to expand its reach here, says John Mullen, director of Greysteel's Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales Division, in a prepared statement.
Among its projects in the market:
Greysteel recent sought offers for River Crossing, a multifamily property located in Riverdale;
It is marketing for sale Charm City Portfolio, a 77-unit multifamily property located in Baltimore;
It is requesting offers for Curtis Bay Village, a 132-unit portfolio of multifamily and rowhome properties located in Baltimore.
