DALLAS—Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc. hasselected Peloton Commercial Real Estate to overseethe property management of Dallas' tallest office tower, theMetropolis-owned Bank of America Plaza at 901 MainStreet. Peloton currently leases the 72-storyhigh-rise office building.
Bank of America Plaza contains over 1.8 million squarefeet of office and retail space and was completedin 1984. This mainstay of the downtown Dallas skyline isoutlined by over two miles of LED lighting, makingthe mirrored tower visible at night across most of Dallas.
"Bank of America Plaza has been one of our firm's most importantleasing assignments for the past several years and we are delightedto combine leasing and management operations under the Pelotonplatform", said Joel Pustmueller, PelotonCommercial Real Estate co-founder. "We believe the combinedsynergy will enhance and accelerate the re-positioning of thisiconic asset."
Peloton has tapped industry veteran Adam Bernhardtto lead the onsite property management team. "Adam's experiencemanaging trophy high-rise buildings, coupled with his commitment tocustomer service and operational excellence, make him a perfect fitfor our team", said T.D. Briggs, Peloton Commercial Real Estateco-founder "In addition, we will be revamping the leasing team toinclude Grant Sumner, John Dickenson and Joel Pustmueller,who have combined downtown Dallas leasing experience of more than40 years."

Metropolis is currently implementing a series of capitalimprovements to ensure the building maintains its status as themost prominent office building in downtown Dallas. Theseimprovements coincide with a resurgence in downtown leasingactivity and additional infrastructure and capital enhancementswithin the west side of downtown.
Peloton will relocate its headquarters to Bank of America Plaza inthe near future. "The move demonstrates our commitment to the CBDand further illustrates the growing importance of locating in andaround downtown for firms in our industry", said Pustmueller.
