BALTIMORE, MD—Caves Valley Partners is putting its mixed-use development, 1111 Light Street, on the market. It has tapped Cushman & Wakefield's Jorge Rosa, Anthony Liberto, Cristopher Abramson, Brian Kruger and Nicholas Signor to market the property.
A two-year old development, 1111 Light Street 2012 delivered 93 apartment units, 24,000 square feet of office space, and 5,900 square feet of retail space in the Federal Hill submarket. Office tenants include Betamore, RedOwl Analytics and Zero Fox. M&T Bank and 7-Eleven occupy some of the retail space.
Rosa, who is director with C&W Multifamily Advisory Group, calls the placement a rare opportunity to acquire a well positioned mixed-use asset and indeed, there have been few sales of such developments in Baltimore recently. Multifamily complexes? Yes. Retail and industrial? Certainly. Mixed-use? Not so much.
Cushman & Wakefield is positioning 111 Light Street as future growth opportunity for investors "in one of the nation's most stable markets," says Rosa.
