RADNOR, PA—Equus Capital Partners is looking tosell its Radnor Court office building here and hasretained JLL to market the more than121,000-square-foot office building.
The three-story 121,371-square-foot office building a 259 N.Radnor Chester Road is leased on a long-term basis toJefferson Health System, which occupies 18,088square feet, and Airgas Corp., whose headquarterstotals 63,955 square feet, according to the Philadelphia BusinessJournal.
Doug Rodio, an investment broker with JLL, ismarketing the property for sale. The availability of an officebuilding in Radnor is quite rare and therefore has the potentialfor setting a new sales record for an office building in thesuburbs of Philadelphia, area brokers say.
