MIAMI—New York City-based DRA Advisors, LLC has selected Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent for the Doral Concourse office building here.

Doral Concourse is a Class-A, 6-story, 240,144 sq. ft. office building located in the Miami Airport West submarket on Doral Boulevard. The property is located south of the Trump National Doral Miami resort.

Gordon Messinger, Cushman & Wakefield's director of commercial brokerage, will spearhead the leasing and marketing efforts for the Doral Concourse located at 8400 NW 36th Ave. in Doral. According to a published report last week, entities of DRA Advisors acquired Doral Concourse and five other properties at Miami's Flagler Station for approximately $132 million.

Amenities include fiber-optic service, 4.8 parking spaces per 1,000-square-feet of office space, proximity to Miami International Airport, and direct access to major expressways and the Florida Turnpike.
