Doral Concourse is a Class-A, 6-story, 240,144 sq. ft. officebuilding located in the Miami Airport West submarket on DoralBoulevard. The property is located south of the Trump NationalDoral Miami resort.

Gordon Messinger, Cushman & Wakefield'sdirector of commercial brokerage, will spearhead the leasing andmarketing efforts for the Doral Concourse located at 8400 NW 36thAve. in Doral. According to a published report last week, entitiesof DRA Advisors acquired Doral Concourse and five other propertiesat Miami's Flagler Station for approximately $132 million.

Amenities include fiber-optic service, 4.8 parking spaces per1,000-square-feet of office space, proximity to Miami InternationalAirport, and direct access to major expressways and the FloridaTurnpike.
