SAN FRANCISCO—HFF says BenBullock has joined the firm as a director in itsSan Francisco office to focus on office investment salestransactions in northern California.
Bullock has been involved in more than $3.4billion in total closed transaction volume during his sixyear commercial real estate career. He joins HFF fromJLL, where he was a vice president in the firm'scapital markets group. Prior to that role, he worked forNewmark Knight Frank Cornish & CareyCommercial Capital Group. Bullock began hiscareer as an analyst at Eastdil Secured. Heis a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California, amember of Urban Land Institute and a member ofNAIOP's San Francisco and Silicon ValleyChapters. Mr. Bullock graduated fromPepperdine University with a Bachelor of Sciencedegree in Business Administration.
