NAPERVILLE, IL—NAI Hiffman has just beenawarded the management and leasing contract for NapervilleWoods Office Center by Agellan Capital PartnersInc. Located at 1000-1100 E. Warrenville Rd. inNaperville, the class A center is one of the most significantoffice properties in the East-West corridor. It features two,four-story buildings totaling over 486,000-square feet that arecurrently 98.7% occupied. NAI Hiffman now leases and manages about56.6-million-square-feet of office, industrial, and retail space inthe Chicagoland market.

Naperville Woods Office Center was built in 1988, but thelobbies, restrooms, building systems, façade and landscapingreceived complete renovations in 2007; Agellan REIT USLP purchased the property in 2013. Located at theinterchange of I-88 and Naperville Rd., the 31-acre campus featuresdramatic atrium lobbies, a cafeteria, fitness center, and abundantparking. The center is also near several hotels and restaurants andis adjacent to Herrick Woods Forest Preserve.
