PORTLAND, OR—A Portland distillery is expanding with a lease on a 41,000-square-foot second building on at 1805 S.E. Martin Luther King Blvd.

Eastside Distilling also plans to keep its original premises along Distillery Row, according to a report in the Portland Business Journal. The company will continue to offer tastings and events at its current location, a 2,500-square-foot space at 1512 S.E. Seventh Ave. The addition of the second location will make Eastside Distilling the Pacific Northwest's largest craft distillery in terms of both square footage and production capacity.

CBRE's Cara Nolan represented Eastside Distilling in the transaction. NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, PJM BLDG. II.
