SAN MATEO, CA—Sares Regis Group of Northern California has added Lauren Boro to the team. She will serve as SVP of operations and legal affairs.

With more than 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, Boro will be responsible for supporting the residential and commercial divisions of the company.

Prior to joining SRGNC, Boro was senior regional counsel at KB Home where she was responsible for legal matters for its two Northern California divisions. Boro was also VP and associate general counsel for over 10 years at Hearthstone where she was responsible for a $2 billion portfolio of residential development projects.

“Lauren will be a powerful asset to help facilitate major property development deals in the Bay Area as the company continues to expand its projects throughout the region,” says Mark Kroll, managing director of Sares Regis Group of Northern California. “Her prior experience will be invaluable, and we are excited to have her on board.”
