MIAMI—Swire Properties, the company behind the billion-dollarBrickell City Centre mixed-use development in Downtown Miami, has anew numbers cruncher. The firm has promoted Linda Chu as CFO.
Chu formerly served as head of finance for Swire Hotels. Shewill move from Hong Kong to South Florida to oversee fiscalfunctions and performance of Swire Properties, including Miami'slargest mixed-use urban development in the heart of Brickell.
“Linda joins the Miami team at a key time in the rise ofBrickell City Centre,” says Stephen Owens, president of Swire. “Hertrack record in overseeing the financial side of large projectswill be invaluable.”
