LOS ANGELES—Steve Wolff has joined StanJohnson Co., a leader in single-tenant net leasereal estate, as associate director and lead broker in thefirm's Los Angeles office. In this new role, Wolff will focus onnet lease investment sales and expanding the Los Angelesoffice.

Wolff moved to Los Angeles from Dallas, TX, to accept theposition. There, Wolff served as SVP of investment services atNAI Global, where he focused onindustrial properties valued at $3 million orgreater. He closed over $56 million in real estate transactionsduring his three years with the company. In his 13-year career,however, Wolff has closed more than $725 million in real estatetransactions, which has earned him a spot on Black's 35 under 35list three years in a row. “I believe that my more than 13 years ofinvestment sales experience, market knowledge and long standingrelationships across the country will assist in us becoming a localmarket leader for many years to come,” Wolff explains.
