LAUREL, MD—Sotherly Hotels has entered into a10-year franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwideto rebrand the Holiday Inn Hotel Laurel West to theDoubleTree by Hilton Laurel.

The 207-room hotel will convert to the DoubleTree flag byOctober 2015 following renovations to the property at 15101Sweitzer Lane, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
