BALTIMORE—In the eleven months since Los Angeles-basedLaurus Corp. acquired the Charles Center South, thecompany has added 48,000 square feet of newtenants or renewals. The latest is Madison Cloud ITSolutions, which just signed a lease to occupy the 23rdfloor of the building at 36 South Charles St.

Cassidy Turley has been representing thecompany as it inked contracts with Kumi Construction Management,The Law Offices of Peter T. Nichol, and other tenants.

There is about 67,935 square feet of space available in the25-story, 318,766-square foot building, according to CassidyTurley's website, at an asking rate of $23 per square foot.
