CAMPBELL, CA—With Midwestern roots, and sites on the Northern California Market, Steak 'n Shake is about to begin renovation work on a location here. It would be just the third California franchise for the Texas-based chain, according to a report in the San Jose Business Journal.
The 3,500 square foot store will be located at 501 E. Campbell Ave.
The nostalgia-themed Steak 'n Shake specializes in fresh-made burgers made from ground steak, and old-fashioned hand-made shakes and ice cream treats, with an 80-year-plus history. It now has locations from coast-to-coast and is growing rapidly.
