SAN ANTONIO– Stream Realty Partners has broken ground on an office development project in San Antonio. The One51 Office Centre, located in the Westover Hills master-planned development in west San Antonio, provides potential tenants with 100,000 square feet of space.

“This project provided us with a unique opportunity to provide much needed space to the Westover Hills area,” says Carolyn Hinchey Shaw, managing director at Stream Realty Partners. “Already home to many Fortune 500 companies such as Nationwide Insurance, Wells Fargo, The Hartford, Kohl's, Frost Bank and JP Morgan Chase, this area continues to enjoy the extraordinary growth that we've enjoyed across San Antonio.”

Located at 10162 Highway 151 in San Antonio, between Military Drive West and Potranco Road, One51 Office Centre is situated on 8.28 acres, visible from the freeway and 20 minutes away from San Antonio International Airport. The corporate environment provides energy-efficient systems including dual low-E glass windows, green space with mature trees to complement the landscape and a floor plate designed to accommodate tenants from 22,000 to 100,000 RSF. Parking will be at a 6:1,000 ratio.

“The class A office space market in San Antonio continues to tighten, with vacancy rates are approaching single digits,” Shaw told GlobeSt.com. “With a well-educated work force and low cost of living, we will continue to see more companies locating to business-friendly San Antonio.”
