CHICAGO—With a view toward stepping up its retail brokerage platform, JLL has brought in Naveen Jaggito serve as president of JLL Americas Retail Brokerage, GlobeSt.com has learned exclusively. Jaggi, who comes to the firm with more than 13 years' experience, will oversee more than 100 brokers in 25 major markets who serve 500 retail owner and occupier clients.

Jaggi comes to JLL from CBRE in Houston, where he was a senior managing director of retail services. During his career, he has represented clients as diverse as global corporate service firms and big-box retailers, as well as apparel and lifestyle clients. In his new capacity, he will also be responsible for creating deeper integration, collaboration and consistency across the Americas retail platform and globally.
