OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL—As reported in GlobeSt.com, New York-basedAmerican Realty Capital Healthcare Trust II, Inc.recently completed one of the largest medical office portfolio sales in the Midwestthis year, and has just selected NAIHiffman to manage the 161,884-square-foot portfolio offive medical office buildings in Northwest Indiana.

The move deepens the relationship between the two companies. ARChas been expanding its portfolio in several Midwest markets andsince 2013 it has selected the Oakbrook Terrace, IL-based NAIHiffman to manage 13 properties with a total of about600,000-square-feet of space.

The new portfolio is anchored long-term by FranciscanAlliance Inc., one of the largest Catholic health caresystems in the Midwest. The five buildings include a Franciscanmedical mall campus of three buildings at 757—761 45th St. inMunster, IN; and two Franciscan multi-specialty facilities at 2001US 41 in Schererville, IN and 919 Main St. in Dyer, IN. All of thebuildings have long term leases. ARC paid $46 million for theportfolio.
