NEW YORK CITY—Equity Office has hiredZachary Freeman as VP of leasing. Formerly withthe strategic agency group at CBRE, Freeman brings16 years of experience in the industry to the job.
At Equity, he will be responsible for leasing the company's3.6-million-square-foot portfolio citywide and will assiston future acquisitions. Freeman has represented Equity Officesince 2007.
He played a key role in the repositioning and full lease-up of1.3 million square feet at Three Bryant Park, lease-up at 717 FifthAve. (including Bank of America for 125,000 square feet and HarryWinston for 25,000 square feet) and the lease-up and sale of 1411Broadway.
