NEW YORK CITY—In its second recent hire from ColliersInternational, Cushman & Wakefield has brought onSeth Hecht, an experienced landlord and tenantrepresentation, as a director. He most recently served as amanaging director at Colliers.

Hecht brings nearly a decade of experience as a commercial realestate professional. During his time at Colliers, he advised avariety of clients in the acquisition and disposition of officespace.

Cushman & Wakefield recently added Joseph Caridi, former COO of ColliersInternational, as a senior managing director and a key member ofthe firm's tri-state management team. Caridi is responsible fordriving growth, recruiting and executing strategic initiatives forthe region. Focusing on its middle ranks, Cushman also recently hired Douglas Regal, formerly of ABS PartnersReal Estate, as a director.

The upper tier of Cushman's management also is seeing changes.On Tuesday, John Santora was promoted to CEO of the Americas, replacing JimUnderhill, who suddenly stepped down. The move comes onthe heels of the surprise departure of executive managing director,and head of retail Matt Winn, who leftthe firm earlier this month to become COO of OlshanProperties. That move prompted the promotion of GeneSpiegelman to head of retail. He previously was vice chairman.

While at Colliers, Hecht's clients included Extreme Reach, NigelFrank International, PNC Financial, Smith Affiliated Capital, BrandLearning, CSA Group, EarthLink and Tegris Advisors. On the landlordagency side, Hecht served as agent for 352 Park Ave. South, 441Lexington Ave., 501 Madison Ave., 622 Third Ave. and 230 W. 41stSt.

Prior to joining Colliers, Hecht worked for the KaufmanOrganization as an associate director.
