DALLAS—Washington, DC-based PM Hospitality Strategies,Inc. has signed a management agreement to operate the282-room DoubleTree by Hilton DFW (Dallas-FortWorth) Airport North withThe Buccini/Pollin Group.

The addition of the DoubleTree hotel brings PMHS' portfolio ofmanaged hotels to approximately 30 hotels, including five newassignments in 2014 and development projects. In November, PMHSannounced that it had been selected to operate two of the firstCanopy by Hilton hotels in Portland, OR and Rockville, MD. Bothhotels will be developed by The Buccini/Pollin Group.

“This hotel, our sixth west of the Mississippi River, marks ourfirst entry into the Dallas/Fort Worth market and furthers oureffort to expand our presence in the Western United States,” saysJoseph Bojanowski, president of PMHS. “As this isour 15th Hilton flagged hotel, we expect that it will immediatelybenefit from our deep familiarity with Hilton Worldwide and itsnumerous brands.”
