ATLANTA—Brokerage firm JLL reports it has beenawarded exclusive leasing assignments for three propertiestotalling approximately 3.2 million square feet of office space inmetro Atlanta.

The three properties are the six-tower, 2.4 million-square-footPeachtree Center in downtown Atlanta; thefour-building, 558,617-square-foot Satellite Placein Duluth, GA; and the two-building, 266,054-square-footDeerfield Corporate Centre in Alpharetta, GA.

JLL secured the assignments from Banyan StreetCapital, which has had a long-standing ownership interestin Peachtree Center, and, in a partnership with OaktreeCapital Management, recently closed on the acquisitions ofSatellite Place and Deerfield Corporate Centre.
