PHILADELPHIA, PA–CBRE says Matthew Gorman, Michael Shover, and Stephen Schrenk joined its Investment Properties/Retail division in the greater Philadelphia area, with a focus on net lease transactions. Gorman and Shover join as senior vice presidents, and Schrenk as sales associate. Gorman and Shover worked together at Marcus & Millichap.

Matthew Gorman joined Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and most recently served as vice president-investments, and director, National Retail Group. Michael Shover joined in 2008, and most recently served as associate vice president, investments.
Over the past eight years the team has participated in more than 385 transactions, valued at more than $1.37 billion. Gorman holds a BA in business from Drexel University, and Shover holds a BA in business from Bucknell University. Schrenk joined the team in 2013 after graduating from Villanova University with a BA in business administration, and finance/real estate.
