BALTIMORE, MD—Pro Transport is taking 51,120-square feet in a single-story R&D/flex office that St. John Properties will deliver this spring. The building will be located at 11630 Crossroads Circle, making it a short move for the transportation and logistics company, which is currently housed at 11600 Crossroads Circle.
Matt Lenihan of St. John Properties represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
The building is located within Baltimore Crossroads, a master-planned 1,200 acre mixed-use community that at full build-out can support more than five million square feet of commercial office, R&D/flex office, warehouse, industrial and retail space, as well as two hotels and a residential component.
The community is located near the intersection of MD Route 43 and Interstate 95 in the eastern section of Baltimore County.
11630 Crossroads Circle will feature 16 foot ceiling heights with dock and drive-in loading capabilities. The building is being constructed to satisfy LEED-Gold requirements.
Pro Transport wanted to remain with Baltimore Crossroads, according to Lenihan, who noted its proximity to the major transport arteries of Interstate 95 and Maryland Route 43.
"In addition, the future expansion opportunities available within Baltimore Crossroads make the location ideal for Pro Transport's long term growth plans," he said.
