HERNDON, VA—Government information technology software reseller DLT Solutions will be relocating its corporate headquarters this August to 2411 Dulles Corner Park here.

The company, which is currently headquartered at 13861 Sunrise Valley Drive, was sold recently. Majority owner TZP Capital Group sold the company to Millstein & Co. LP for an undisclosed amount, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The company will move to the top floors of 2411 Dulles Corner Park, occupying the eighth floor vacated by Northrop Grumman Corp. and part of the seventh floor. Former longtime CEO Rick Marcotte, who was named vice chairman of the board and consultant for the company after the ownership change, says that the company will be moving to larger space at the Dulles Corner Park property.

"There will be no change in the company's strategic direction. DLT will continue to focus on delivering technology solutions to the public sector," Marcotte says "No question that we had to face, and continue to face, challenges in our markets with our customers and vendor partners. I don't think those challenges are unique to resellers in the public sector space—every business has to be nimble and continue to self-assess and validate that it is delivering tangible value."
