SEATTLE—Expanding its capacity to serve office-using clients, Colliers International has brought Keith Perske aboard as executive managing director of workplace innovation, corporate solutions | Americas. A 30-year veteran of corporate real estate, Perske will spearhead Colliers' initiatives to help clients use the workplace as a competitive advantage.
Before taking on his new role, Perske was senior director, global workplace innovation for healthcare products manufacturer Johnson & Johnson. There, he was responsible for program design and deployment of a set of new workplace principles for J&J's global office portfolio of 60 million square feet and more than 900 locations.
An eight-time top-rated faculty member at CoreNet Global's MCR/SLCR Learning Program, and a leader in helping create a workplace designation for real estate professionals, Perske is also co-founder of OSCRE International, the Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate. He won the top innovation award at Sun Microsystems for his People Data Project; he has been a featured speaker on the evolving workplace at TEDx, SXSW, CoreNet, IFMA and Harvard University; and he's founding president of the alumni association of California State Polytechnic University's Department of Urban and Regional Planning, from which he earned his BS in urban and regional planning.
Perske's appointment is the latest in a series of additions to the leadership team at Colliers. Previously, the firm named Cynthia Foster president of office services | USA; Andrew J. Nelson, chief economist | USA; Anjee Solanki, national director, retail services | USA; Dwight Hotchkiss, national director, industrial services | USA; and, most recently, Mary Beth Kuzmanovich, national director, healthcare services.
