WOODBRIDGE, NJ–Two lease deals totaling 37,632 square feet will bring CENTRA Metropark in Woodbridge, NJ to 95 percent occupancy. The Hampshire Companies completed lease deals with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (21,911 square feet, including 7,611 square feet on the garden level and 14,300 square feet on the third floor) and JP Morgan Chase Bank (15,721 square feet on the second floor.) The Class-A, LEED Platinum certified headquarters quality office building at 186 Wood Avenue South now has just 4,736 square feet of available space remaining.
