PHILADELPHIA—The former Hyatt Regency Hotel at Penn's Landing reopened on Thursday as the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing.

The re-flagging of the 348-room hotel was announced by McLean, VA-based Hilton Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is operated by Pyramid Hotel Group of Boston under a franchise license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide. The property is owned by Philadelphia-based Keating.

Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing has 11 suites, a 24-hour business center and 24,000 square feet of meeting space located across two floors. Its Grand Ballroom features 17-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and overlooks the Delaware River, while its Columbus Ballroom overlooks Columbus Park and Marina. The hotel also features a state-of-the-art fitness center and an array of dining options including Keating's River Bar & Grill.
